1) How will the 7 Sessions work?

This is the COMPLETE version of my 3-day intensive corporate and business trainings, converted into segments that can fit into your busy life. I teach step-by-step how to Synergize absolutely every area and every relationship in your life with a complete understanding of my Personality Color Styles. They are simple to learn, understand and incorporate into immediate successful ACTION.

There will be 7 - 75-minute Course Sessions and 7 - 75 to 90-minute Q&A / Coaching Sessions with me, including guided practices, exercises and break out group connections.

In these telephone seminars with me, which will be made into downloadable recordings, you'll discover the principles and practices of Connecting with Colors® Personality Style teachings, including the 7 Life Areas.

Each week of the program is designed to guide you, step-by-step into SYNERGIZING every relationship and every area of your life.

2) How do I know that I will enjoy the kind of consistent synergizing results with really difficult people and situations like you have?

I get this question a lot. And you'll be happy to know that YES, this system works for those who practice it, use it appropriately and do the work through and through, and NO, this system will NOT work for those who don't apply themselves and manage their attitudinal energy while dialing-in other people's Color Styles. Not only have I lived it, but I've field tested it with 20,000 people in a two year period, 90% of whom were women.

I've designed this training to go much deeper than one of those "in-a-box" info products that gets you all excited and then leaves you alone to struggle your way through finding the time and the focus to get going. I care too much to do that to you.

I'm going to hold your hand all the way through this one. It's not okay with me for you to do anything but SYNERGIZE all of your relationships with ease, grace and from your most feminine self.

In these rich sessions, I will dialogue with women from all corners of the globe, discussing the Connecting with Colors® principles as they apply to each person's own unique life situation and experience.

First: 7 week-day afternoon (4 Wednesdays and 3 Tuesdays) sessions will include immediately applicable course content in each of the 7 Life Areas.

Second: on 4 Saturday mornings and 3 Thursday afternoons, I will do Q&A, Coaching and Role Play where needed, and I will answer the most common questions about each course session to support you in integrating your learning at an even deeper level.

Many participants report that the group coaching, role play and Q&A part of the sessions are an incredibly valuable way to integrate the concepts more readily, thereby shortening the learning curve considerably.

3) I've tried everything I know how to do to help my sister with her abusive husband and nothing works. Will your information work on changing him?

In situations like these, I have found that it's entirely possible that two variables are in play:

1- Everything that's been "tried" has been solely from the Color Personality Style of the person who is suffering and not succeeding at getting things turned around for the better and...

2- Too much advice-giving and commiserating has been going on, and not enough investigation AND learning a new Skill Set has been considered.The person suffering is doing so only because they "think" that there is no solution - "This person is impossible!" - when it's a Skill Set issue.

The solutions you seek do not reside in trying harder at what you've already tried from YOUR Color Personality Style ...it's about expanding YOUR Skill Set to learn how to Dial In another person's Color Personality Style before you communicate anything at all ...let alone anything that's really important to you!

4) I feel like I'm in a constant battle with myself. I make up my mind to do one thing, and then I panic and do the opposite. I feel like I'm losing credibility, but I don't know how to be consistent all of the time.

That's the beauty of what I teach. It would appear that you've got a Secondary Color Style issue going on.

In regard to your second highest color score, keep in mind that, as you are learning the Color Style descriptions of each color, your second highest color may also be involved in your conversations right alongside your primary color.

This is why so many women are told that they are Wishy-Washy, negatively labeled a Dr. Jekyll & Ms. Hyde, a Drama Queen, too Sensitive, too Emotional because we really do change Color Style Hats. People see us in one Life Area, and then they see us in another, and it seems like we are TWO different people. But we are not.

Women in particular adapt to Life's situations AND THE GOOD NEWS IS that, when you learn how to DIAL IN other people's Color Styles, it won't MATTER what Color Style you are in, or not in, because you will be SYNERGIZING the situation beautifully!

5) I am highly successful as a professional woman, but at home, no one gives a rip about what I have to say or step up to do their parts around the house. I feel like such a "B" at home, is this a secondary color issue?

I am SO glad you asked this. And the answer is YES ...partly.

Back when I was traveling around the United States speaking and training, I started to discover that not only were the secondary colors coming into play big time, the women in my audiences were asking if they could change colors between Home and Work.

From thorough investigation, I found that, not only do many women change Color Style Hats between Home and Work, but also in Love and even again in raising children! So I began developing the Personality Style Assessments in the 7 Life Areas:

Putting on different Color Style Hats explained so much! I finally figured out why I was able to "hold my own" professionally, but in my intimate relationships I was like a different person entirely!

The longevity of my second marriage is entirely attributable to the fact that we got our Color Styles communication figured out. In realizing what Color Style Hat I was putting on has allowed me to OWN MY SPACE as a thoroughly modernized woman who enjoys her femininity to the max ...AND not feel like a "B" any more on the home and love fronts!

6) My husband is a Passive/Aggressive Personality who never does what he says he will do. Will this work on him?
